- 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s dark chocolate chips

- Begin by combining the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a medium-sized bowl. Mix thoroughly until the blend is smooth and creamy, with the tangy yogurt balancing the nutty peanut butter and the maple syrup adding a touch of sweetness.
- Proceed to melt the dark chocolate chips. You can do this by microwaving them in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between intervals until fully melted. Alternatively, employ a double boiler for a more gentle melting method.
- Prepare a silicone mini muffin tin. Pour a small amount of melted dark chocolate into the bottom of each cavity, just enough to cover the base. Place the tin in the fridge or freezer for a short while to let the chocolate harden.
- After the chocolate has set, place a heaping spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer. Use the back of the spoon to spread it out, making sure the peanut butter mixture is evenly layered.
