  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
  • 40g dark chocolate chips
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) smooth peanut butter**

Instructions

  1. Combine the oat flour and salt in a mixing bowl, then incorporate the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. I used a 22×12 cm loaf pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the ingredients for the topping using a double boiler or microwave, then drizzle over the top and allow to cool for several minutes.
  4. Place back in the fridge until the chocolate topping is firm.
  5. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
