- 1 cup pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares (about 4×4 inches).
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese on each square.
- Add a small dollop of pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
- Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges by pressing down.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
