Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into squares (about 4×4 inches).
  4. Place a few slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese on each square.
  5. Add a small dollop of pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges by pressing down.
  7. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  8. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
