- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, chopped artichokes, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider sautéing the spinach briefly before using. If using frozen artichokes, make sure they are properly thawed and drained.
