- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet
- Layer potatoes, vegetables, and beef in a casserole dish
- Pour soup and broth over layers
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes
Notes
- You can use any mixed vegetables you prefer
- For extra flavor, season each layer as you build the casserole
