Homemade churro bites filled with Nutella, coated in cinnamon sugar, and perfect for sharing at any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Nutella (for filling)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until it forms a dough.
- Allow to cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or saucepan to 375°F (190°C).
- Use a piping bag to pipe small bites into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Drain churro bites on paper towels, then toss in cinnamon sugar.
- Fill each bite with Nutella using a piping bag.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
