Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt, then gradually add water, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine ground meat, chopped vegetables, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Roll the dough into thin circles, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and fold to seal.
  4. Choose your cooking method: steam for 15 minutes, boil for 5-7 minutes, or pan-fry until golden brown.
