Ingredients

- 1 packet active dry yeast

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead until smooth
- Let dough rise in warm place for 1 hour
- Prepare garlic butter by mixing butter, minced garlic, and parsley
- Shape dough, spread garlic butter, sprinkle Parmesan
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until golden brown
Notes
- Ensure water is warm but not hot to activate yeast properly
- For extra flavor, you can add Italian herbs to the garlic butter
- Let bread cool slightly before slicing
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days
