- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 12 equal strips.
- Tie each strip into a knot and place on baking sheet.
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush garlic butter mixture over knots before baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese after baking.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade pizza dough.
- For extra garlicky flavor, brush with additional garlic butter after baking.
- Best served warm.
