Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast (about 2 ¼ teaspoons)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
- Mix flour and salt in another bowl.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat disc.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for about 5-7 minutes until puffy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
For best results, preheat the oven thoroughly and use a baking stone or baking sheet for even cooking.
