Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch, if using.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce into the pan, stirring well to coat the chicken.
  6. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your preference.
