- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Cut the honey garlic sausage into bite-sized pieces and add them to the baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausage is browned, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
