Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh carrots
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  4. Coat the prepared vegetables with the honey glaze in a large bowl.
  5. Spread the glazed vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, checking for tenderness.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and adjust the sweetness of the glaze as desired.
