Description

Deliciously satisfying hot Italian sub sliders with savory meats, zesty peppers, and gooey provolone, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 pack rolls, halved lengthwise
  • 6 oz package of ham, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of salami, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/3 cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lay the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet or pan.
  3. Layer on slices of ham, followed by salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.
  4. Add sliced hot cherry peppers and sliced pepperoncini on top.
  5. Replace the top bun and set aside.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic, mixing well.
  7. Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the top of the sliders, making sure to coat all the nooks and crannies.
  8. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy!
  10. Serve with a side of your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
