- 1 block of firm or extra-firm tofu
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Freeze the tofu overnight, then thaw it.
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Slice into desired shapes (cutlets or cubes).
- Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, lemon juice, and your choice of spices.
- Marinate the tofu for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated tofu until golden brown on both sides.
