Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and get the baking pan ready by applying a thin layer of butter or oil, then lightly coating it with flour.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the softened butter with the granulated sugar until the mixture becomes airy and light, taking about 3-5 minutes.
