Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
  2. Beat four eggs in a large bowl until smooth and uniform.
  3. Add the yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding mix, oil, and water; mix until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, and water, then incorporate the melted butter until smooth.
  7. Once the cake is baked, let it cool slightly before poking holes all over the surface.
