Ingredients

- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Cut biscuits into quarters
- Mix melted butter with garlic
- Combine cheeses, pepperoni, and seasonings in a bowl
- Dip each biscuit piece in garlic butter, then coat with cheese mixture
- Layer pieces in a greased bundt pan
- Pour remaining pizza sauce and cheese mixture over top
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight
- For vegetarian version, replace pepperoni with vegetables
- Omit red pepper flakes for mild version
- Pizza dough can be substituted for biscuit dough
- Internal temperature should reach 190°F (88°C) when done
