Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and milk until well combined.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
