Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
