Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and paprika. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
