  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
