- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer the shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and garlic, then pour the cream mixture over the top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Serve warm.
