- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, broccoli florets, and heavy cream.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
