  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, broccoli florets, and heavy cream.
