Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
- Add the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Lay out the tortillas and fill each with the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
