  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg or almond flour tortillas (for the rolls)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
