Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, garlic, and grated Asian pear for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook short-grain rice and let it cool slightly.
  3. Stir-fry marinated beef until caramelized.
  4. Layer rice and beef in a ring mold, pressing firmly.
  5. Garnish with green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
