  • Breadcrumbs

  • Soy sauce
  • For the glaze:
    • Gochujang
    • Honey
    • Additional seasonings
  • For the spicy mayo:
    • Mayonnaise
    • Seasonings for heat

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground meat with breadcrumbs and seasonings
  2. Form into evenly-sized meatballs
  3. Bake the meatballs until cooked through
