Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally to break up the meat.
- Drain excess grease from the skillet.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil to the skillet.
- Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
