Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set this mixture aside for later use.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Whisk them together until fully integrated.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries, taking care not to crush them.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top to create an even surface.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
