- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set this mixture aside for later use.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Whisk them together until fully integrated.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, taking care not to crush them.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top to create an even surface.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- After baking, cool the loaf in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a serving platter.
- For the glaze, whisk the melted butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add more lemon juice if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm loaf, allowing it to soak in before slicing and serving.

For extra lemon flavor, consider increasing the lemon zest slightly.
