Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the sugar, eggs one at a time, sour cream, lemon juice, zest, and baking powder.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust gently.
- Bake until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool gradually and chill overnight.
- Serve with powdered sugar and berries on top.
