Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the sugar, eggs one at a time, sour cream, lemon juice, zest, and baking powder.
