Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl or a jar.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- Add sweetener to taste, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
