  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, softened butter, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Stir in the egg yolk and form the dough into a ball.
  4. Press the dough into a tart pan. Blind bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Whisk together the lemon juice, granulated sugar, lemon zest, and eggs until smooth.
  6. Slowly add in the heavy cream, mixing well to combine.
  7. Pour the filling into the pre-baked tart shell.
  8. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the filling is set.
  9. Allow the tart to cool fully before serving chilled.
