  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on top, coating it with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until fully mixed.
  4. Cut or slice the bacon into thirds.
  5. Wrap each Little Smokie with bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  6. Dredge the wrapped Little Smokie in the brown sugar mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  7. Place the Little Smokies onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes; then carefully use the toothpick to flip them over.
  9. Cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the bacon becomes slightly crispy.
