- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add cream, cheeses, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
- Combine pasta, beef mixture, and crumbled bacon in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
