Description
A creamy and hearty pasta dish featuring fettuccine tossed in Alfredo sauce, ground beef, crispy bacon, and a blend of cheeses, perfect for comforting family meals.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine and bacon to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, consider sautéing onions or bell peppers with the beef. Save some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if necessary. Use freshly grated cheeses for better melting.
