Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Cook bacon until crisp, remove and set aside
  3. Cook pasta in the same skillet according to package instructions
  4. Add cream, cheese, mustard, and seasonings to create a creamy sauce
  5. Stir in bacon and pickles, garnish and serve hot
