Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook bacon until crisp, remove and set aside
- Cook pasta in the same skillet according to package instructions
- Add cream, cheese, mustard, and seasonings to create a creamy sauce
- Stir in bacon and pickles, garnish and serve hot

- You can substitute different types of pasta based on preference
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
