Description

A hearty breakfast hash featuring crispy hash browns, savory sausage, ham, eggs, and vibrant bell peppers and onions.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Hash browns
  • 1 cup Sausage, diced
  • 1 cup Ham, diced
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  3. Add sausage and ham, cooking until heated through.
  4. Stir in hash browns and cook until crispy.
  5. Push mixture to the side and crack eggs into the skillet, cooking to desired doneness.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt before serving.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
