- 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter, heavy cream, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Reduce heat to low and gradually mix in cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the sauce. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped pickles, crispy bacon bits, and fresh parsley.
