Ingredients

- Beef ham, 4 pounds (1.8 kg)

- Ground ginger, 1 teaspoon (2 g)
- Ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
- Ground cloves, 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g)
- Orange juice, 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
- Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, orange juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Pour half of the glaze over the ham, ensuring it is evenly covered.
- Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and pour the remaining glaze over the ham.
- Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
- Continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Check that the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140°F (60°C).
- Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the ham and serve warm.
