- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups gnocchi
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream, gnocchi, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until gnocchi is cooked.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra creaminess, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Add more garlic if desired.
