- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the teriyaki sauce and mixed vegetables, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice.
- Pack into meal prep containers, and garnish with green onions.
- Store in the freezer for up to a month, or refrigerate for up to a week.
