Ingredients

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in the teriyaki sauce and mixed vegetables, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
