Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- If using fresh spinach, cook and drain well. Chop finely.
- Mix chopped spinach with crumbled feta, garlic, and seasonings.
- Create small mounds of mozzarella cheese on the parchment paper.
