Description

A simple and flavorful chicken breast recipe that guarantees juicy, tender meat with a creamy Parmesan topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to achieve an even thickness of ¾ inch for perfect cooking.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Evenly spread this creamy mixture over each chicken breast.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispy finish, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Fresh ingredients yield better flavor and juiciness.
