Ingredients

- 2½ cups cooked chicken
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare and chop all vegetables
- Cook chicken with spices if not using pre-cooked
- Mix dressing with olive oil, lime juice, and spices
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Toss with dressing and serve chilled
