1/2 bunch cilantro shredded up (you can add more if you love cilantro)


Instructions

1. Combine the following items in a mixing bowl: two cans of Mexicorn, one can of either Mild or Hot Rotel, two cups of Cheddar cheese that’s been shredded, four to six sliced green onions, one cup of your preferred mayonnaise, eight ounces of sour cream, and half a bunch of cilantro that’s been finely chopped.
