Ingredients

  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks in a bowl and combine with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, and crumbled bacon.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
