Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
