- 1 lb spaghetti noodles, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 zucchini, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 can black olives, sliced or diced
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp celery seed
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente.
- Drain the spaghetti and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with diced peppers, cucumber, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seed, and garlic powder in a smaller bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and veggies; toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
- Serve the salad chilled for the best experience.
