Ingredients

  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, sugar, egg, softened butter, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Roll up dough tightly and cut into 24 mini rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
