Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Stir the grated zucchini into the wet ingredients until evenly distributed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly incorporated.
