  • 1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon (8 g) cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs and combine them with oil, sugar, and grated zucchini in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Incorporate the vanilla extract and mix again.
  3. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
